These cost line items could not be matched to any Designer Maker product set —
the company name in their title doesn't match any current vendor in this order.
Select the Designer Maker they belong to and click Assign.
Properties on these items are still editable and will be saved regardless.
Renames the cost line item names (shipping, custom costs, packaging) and updates the
shipping_costs_* and c_dm_approved_* order tags.
Product vendors are not affected. Click Save All Changes to persist.
